NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING/MEETING

A public hearing/meeting will be held as follows:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Meeting of the Mayor and Board of Aldermen of the City of Jeanerette, State of Louisiana, will be held on June 27, 2024, at 5:30 p.m., at Jeanerette City Hall, 1010 East Main Street, Jeanerette, Louisiana at which time there will be a public hearing/meeting of the following agenda item and Ordinances:

1.Authorize Mayor to execute purchase agreements with the six (6) property owners for the property to be acquired by the City of Jeanerette for the Water Sector Sewer Treatment Facility Project.
2.Adopt Ordinance 2024-06A to Amend and Reenact the Fiscal Year 23-24 Budget
3.Adopt Ordinance 2024-06B to the Fiscal Year 24-25 Budget
4. Review of Section 11-4019 Fireworks


FURTHER NOTICE IS GIVEN that the aforesaid Ordinances will be available for inspection at the Mayor’s Office at 1010 E. Main Street Jeanerette, Louisiana from 7:30 am – 3:30 Monday –Thursday and Friday 7:30 till 11:00 am.
