B. Authorize the Mayor to sign an Agreement with CHG Group, APC, subject to them furnishing proper documentation from the Gesser Group as well as subject to the approval of the Louisiana Facility Planning and Control (FP&C).
C. Approval of the Schematic Design Documents for the City Hall Renovations project provided by the Gesser Group/CHG Group.
